| Windows 95 Reporter 4 requires the Dot Net Framework which is not available for Windows 95 computers. Therefore, Windows 98 or above is required to run Reporter 4. |
| Installation: Dot Net Framework The Dot Net Framework is available on most computers that have shipped over the last two years. If you do not have it installed, you may download it using the above link. Reporter 4 will check for it during its installation and download it if necessary. |
| Installation: Security Rights If you are installing the Dot Net Framework, you must have administrative rights on the computer you are using. To use Reporter 4, you must have full rights to the installation folder. |
